Geothermal

At A1 Expert, we have been installing environmentally friendly equipment for decades

Geothermal Heating originates from the heat retained within the Earth since the original formation of the planet. Thermal efficiency is high since no energy conversion is needed. We install only the finest quality Geothermal Heating and Cooling Equipment. When the suns energy hits the earth about half is stored deep in the earth. The earth keeps it at a nearly constant temperature of 50°F to 70°F depending on geographic location. Working with an underground loop system, a geothermal unit utilizes this constant temperature to exchange energy between your home and the earth as needed for heating and cooling. Both residential and commercial units can benefit from Geothermal Heating and Cooling Units

Low Cost of Geothermal

Geothermal Heating and Cooling Systems are very cost effective. After a few years when the initial layout coast are paid back a typical home owner can save anywhere from 40-60% off their heating bills. Cooling your house will also give you a savings of about 30%. That savings will be with you for years.

In terms of cash flow, the geothermal system can have a positive impact on your budget from the first year. A geothermal system can also add significant resale value to a home. Yet another plus is that a geothermal system provides highly efficient water heating, shaving a significant portion off your energy bills.

The Tranquility line is first choice for true professionals.

As the highest efficiency water-source heat pumps on the planet, the Tranquility 27® series raises the bar for water-source heat pump efficiencies, features and application flexibility. Not only does the Tranquility 27® series far exceed ASHRAE 90.1 efficiencies, but they also feature EarthPure® HFC-410A zero ozone depletion refrigerant, making any of the Tranquility 27® series units an extremely environmentally-friendly option.

Geothermal heating and cooling systems!

How do they work and why are they more efficient? The first step is to determine the type of field that will work for your location. The size of lot, if there are any trees, all these things come into play when we determine the type of field that will work best for you. There are three most common types of field’s horizontal loops, vertical loops, and pond loops. All will work the same if installed right. Once the field is installed you can plant trees, corn, beans, grass, etc., nothing will be in your way. You won’t even know there is anything out there.
